Lead International Automation Projects (m/f/d)
Take ownership – coordinate teams – deliver automation worldwide.
To support the realization of complex automation projects at home and abroad, we are looking for motivated electrical engineers (university or technical college) or automation specialists with a focus on electrical engineering.
Your Responsibilities (after onboarding)
- Define technical requirements in close cooperation with clients
- Design control and automation system architectures
- Define project workflows, structure, and work packages
- Lead projects, coordinate teams, and manage customer communication
- Program control systems (SIMATIC S5 / S7 / PCS7 / TIA Portal)
- Carry out commissioning on-site, in Germany and internationally
Your Profile
- Professional experience with SIMATIC S5 / S7 automation systems
- Familiarity with medium to large-scale automation projects
- A structured, independent, and collaborative working style
- Strong communication skills and confidence when dealing with customers
- Willingness to take on project responsibility and travel for assignments
